- Returns: You may return unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Conditions: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- Non-returnable items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened treats, used beds, toys, or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
